Meet the Team



Founder of Danielly’s Fitness and certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Danielly specializes in training people of all levels and inspires them to maximize their fitness, health, and well-being. Whether just a beginner or looking to master powerlifting, she can help you overcome those barriers and achieve your goals.

Fitness and wellness are her passions, and she has been voted in the TOP THREE TRAINERS IN SONOMA in 2018, 2019, and 2023 and won FIRST PLACE in the 2020 and 2021 People’s Choice Awards.

Danielly brings her vast experience with certifications in:



Claudia was born and raised in Brazil, graduated college with a business degree.

Family is very important to Claudia and she spent much time working out with her mother in Brazil, which lead to Claudia’s passion for fitness. This also lead to learning more about healthy eating, and Claudia now loves to share that knowledge and passion with her fitness clients.

She believes that healthy living and fitness can be fun, and loves to instill that enthusiasm in her training sessions.



Ally is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health. With four years of personal training experience, she has worked with a range of clients, from beginners just starting their fitness journey to experienced lifters looking for a new, challenging workout routine.

As a Registered Dietitian, she enjoys helping others create healthy eating habits. 

“My goal as a trainer is to make exercises a highlight in my client’s week while learning techniques and adding tools for lifelong health and fitness.”



Katie is a certified NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer and yoga teacher with a professional background in mental health.

Katie believes in the immense benefits that exercise, holistic wellness, and positive behavior bring to people’s lives. 

I aim to help clients discover movements they love, create lifelong healthy habits, and reach their personal goals.”

While getting a BA in communications at Sonoma State University in 2014, Bria began teaching group fitness. While teaching, she fell in love with exercise and the ability to inspire and transform others.

Upon graduating from SSU in 2017, she decided to pursue a career in personal training.

“I began to exercise as a way to get back on my feet after a serious health scarer and a broken-off engagement. Over the past 10 years, my initial passion for fitness has evolved into an empowering career direction.”


Roxana García

Roxana began her fitness journey in Mexico as a group instructor. She is both Motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for creating an empowering environment to achieve one’s full potential.



Lori Varsames

Lori Varsames, CPCC is a certified personal and professional coach, specializing in midlife, and was recently awarded by the North Bay Bohemian as “Best Life & Career Coach in Sonoma County.

Midlife is life’s greatest moment for a refresh. Whether we have fallen asleep at the wheel in our personal or professional lives, been busy chasing the false promises of societal conventions, or are hungry for something more, it’s normal to reassess, reprioritize, and make new promises for our future.
