Mind Body Transformation Program:
Most people have tried everything to lose weight. Weight loss is more than just a low-carb diet and a crazy amount of cardio. In this Mind Body Transformation, you will know how to live in a healthy way and understand that our mind is in charge and designs our lives. What you think, how you act, and what happens to you greatly impact your body. In this 8-week Mind Body Transformation Program, you will get to the root cause, find a healthy solution for your growth, connect with your inner self, and bring you to the present moment.
Our program is based on a unique methodology that aims to take care of you from the inside out. We will guide you through an integrated mind-body-spirit practice that will help you release and heal emotions you may be holding onto, and cultivate a strong sense of empowerment both mentally and physically.
This program includes techniques from Neuro-linguistic programming, Fitness, Nutrition, Mind-Body Medicine, Yoga, Mindfulness, and more. These modalities will help you develop a deeper level of awareness in everyday experiences and, as a result, an increased ability to cope with the emotional, physical, and psychological challenges that face us in our daily lives.
This 8-week program includes:
- Effective workout session with a private personal trainer.
- Customized exercise routine to meet your level and goals. Using the power of movement and strength, you will clear away stagnation, expand your mobility, and become stronger, more centered, feel more present within yourself, and tapped into your body's natural well-being.
- Healthy and easy recipes
- Access to Mind Body Skills in which you will learn evidence-based skills of self-awareness, self-care, and self-expression.

Home traininG
Don’t like going to a crowded gym, but don’t have a home gym or workout equipment? No worries!
Danielly’s Fitness has created the first mobile gym in Sonoma, fully equipped with everything you will need for an effective workout, regardless of the space you have. Whether indoors or outdoors, we guarantee a gym-quality workout session in a one-on-one format.
This program includes:
- Effective one-on-one workout sessions with a private personal trainer at your home, office or local park.
- One hour sessions.
- We will bring all the workout equipment.
- Customized exercise routine to meet your level and goals.
- Coach guidance to set achievable fitness and health goals.
- This is only for Sonoma. Driving charge may occur if outside of Sonoma
Corporate Wellness Program
The workplace can be a source of anxiety, stress, and burnout. While there is no way to totally eliminate stress from the workplace, more businesses are recognizing the importance of holistic, evidence-based practices to improve the health and wellness of employees. The employees’ mental health contributes to how they think, feel, and acts, and it relates to their resiliency and relationships with others. Our Wellness Program can bring significant improvement to employees’ mental health with positive self-awareness and increased ability to cope with stress.
The evidence-based skills that participants will learn have been documented to help lower stress levels, improve mood, enhance resiliency and optimism, and help prevent chronic health conditions.
These skills include:
- Meditations - such as concentrative, mindfulness, and expressive – to promote relaxed, moment-to-moment awareness
- Guided Imagery to mobilize participants’ imagination, improve physiological functioning, and address concerns and problems that have previously resisted solutions
- Autogenic Training & Biofeedback to develop control over autonomic system functioning, to reduce stress, and to bring mind and body into balance
- Deep Breathing (pranayama) to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which reverses the stress response in a body. It slows the heart rate, lows blood pressure, increases energy levels, and calms body and mind
- Movement and Exercise to release stress and increase energy but more importantly to develop healthy joints, strong bones, physical strength, and good circulation.
- Self-expression through journal writing and drawing to unlock solutions to previously unsolved problems.
- Nutrition to understand the importance of health eating and their relationship with food.

"I had never worked out with a "mobile gym" before trying Danielly's, but it was amazing! We did a group workout the morning after a long day of wine tasting, so we needed some motivation. Danielly was the perfect combination of being nice and chill while also motivating us all to push ourselves and not wallow in our hangovers.
